West Brom: Fans laud Kieran Gibbs transfer news

Many West Brom fans have been left to laud the news coming from ESPN that Kieran Gibbs is set to leave the Hawthorns faithful to sign for Inter Miami.
As per the news outlet, the former Arsenal man has verbally agreed to join David Beckham’s team when the 2020/21 term ends.
He is expected to sign a contract at the MLS club for two-and-a-half years and will move to the USA once his current deal at the Baggies expires in the summer.
Should West Brom let Gibbs go?
Yes

No

The left-back has missed the Midlands club’s last seven games in the Premier League through injury and has been very injury-prone throughout his whole footballing career so far.
At 31 years of age as well, it may be the right time for Albion to let him go and thus get him off of their wage bill.
West Brom fan reaction to Gibbs news
These WBA supporters lauded the update on Gibbs on Twitter, with one fan describing it as ‘excellent news’ while another even went as far as to call the Englishman a ‘sick note’:
“Great deal. He’ll spend the whole length of his contract on Miami Beach…”
“Thank god for that”
“Bye sick note, what a disappointment he’s been for us.”
“What you actually mean is join Inter Miami’s treatment room. Good riddance let’s start moving the dross out. Blokes made of digestive biscuits.”
