# West Ham: Fans not happy with Said Benrahma’s performance

**Many West Ham United fans are not happy with the performance of winger Said Benrahma in the Premier League match against Everton.**

Until his substitution, he had the second lowest rating on the pitch (6.2) – One can understand why David Moyes took him off as he lost possession a whopping 19 times from 53 touches of the ball and lost nine ground duels ([SofaScore](https://www.sofascore.com/everton-west-ham-united/MY)). He also only successfully completed one of his four dribbles.

The player has not been given many starting opportunities by Moyes since signing from Championship side Brentford ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/said-benrahma/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/290532/plus/0?saison=2020&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=GB1&pos=&trainer_id=)), making eight Premier League appearances, but only two have been starts.

He has managed to pick up two assists ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/said-benrahma/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/290532/plus/0?saison=2020&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=GB1&pos=&trainer_id=)), but is yet to score his first goal and he will have to start doing a lot better to win Moyes’ trust.

The 25 year-old looks to be struggling to make the jump from the Championship to the Premier League, and this will be a big worry for the club as they have an obligation to buy him for [£20.79m](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/said-benrahma/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/290532/plus/0?saison=2020&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=GB1&pos=&trainer_id=) at the end of the season.
