# West Ham: Fans love Jesse Lingard update

**West Ham United fans have urged the board to sign Jesse Lingard permanently after it was revealed that he could be available for £15m.**

Lingard joined on loan from Manchester United towards the end of the January transfer window, and he hit the ground running during the Hammers’ 3-1 win over Aston Villa – he netted twice, and the move appeared to have given him a new lease of life.
