# West Ham: Fans love Mark Noble news

**West Ham United fans are delighted with the news that the club have contacted Mark Noble about making a documentary about his career at the club.**

Noble is, undoubtedly, a club legend, having made 533 appearances down the years, scoring 60 goals and providing 61 assists along the way ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/mark-noble/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/31835)).

For many years, he has been the club captain, and he remained with the Hammers even when they were relegated to the Championship – quite frankly, he is Mr. West Ham.

Noble is now 34 years of age and will be 35 by the season’s end. His contract is [set to run out at the end of this season](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/mark-noble/profil/spieler/31835), and he is set to depart the club as a result. [As per The Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-10126161/SPORTS-AGENDA-West-Ham-talks-broadcaster-documentary-club-legend-Mark-Noble.html), the Irons are in talks with a major UK broadcaster to make a documentary about his time with the London outfit.
