**West Ham fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are hoping they will get their man this time around as they have gone in to capture this leading striker for a second time.**

According to [the Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-ham-reignite-alexandre-lacazette-8257573), the Hammers are ready to rekindle their interest in French international Alexandre Lacazette, after failing with their initial attempt.

Now, they are reportedly willing to offer the Ligue 1 club up to £30 million.

It’s no secret Slaven Bilic is determined to bring a world-class striker and marquee signing heading into the Olympic Stadium.

*Les Gones* have accepted their talisman will be subject to a lot of transfer attention this summer after two solid seasons and they are willing to hold out for the right price.

But after Newcastle’s £20 million bid was [rejected](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/big-spending-newcastle-table-transfer-7190422) last January, some Irons fans are hopeful their improved offer may be enough.

**West Ham fans. Do you think you have the financial power to capture Alexandre Lacazette? Let us know your thoughts below.**
