According to his information, depending on developments over this week, the 29-year-old ‘will sign for West Ham’ if either of the Italian giants don’t push forward.
He explained on Sunday evening (via Twitter): “#Kostic proposed again at #Juve (who thinks about it) and at #Inter (colder today). The wait in both cases will last 48-72 hours, otherwise the outsider will sign for #West Ham”

Moyes is apparently eager to shore up the left flank in West Ham’s squad and Kostic, who was a revelation for Eintracht Frankfurt last season as he achieved the club’s joint-highest WhoScored performance rating, would appear to be a brilliant fit.
