Taking to Twitter, reliable journalist Jack Rosser of The Evening Standard has shared more injury news out of West Ham United amid concerns surrounding Michail Antonio and Aaron Cresswell.

The Lowdown: Moyes missing key men?

The Irons boss, speaking to media ahead of West Ham's crunch Europa League second leg clash with Sevilla tonight, refused to completely rule out the return of either Cresswell or Antonio.

Star winger Jarrod Bowen, however, will certainly miss this evening's bout at the London Stadium and is also likely to be absent for this weekend's London derby against Tottenham Hotspur (football.london).

Much has been made of whether Cresswell or Antonio could be back today, but as per Rosser, Moyes is set to be without another first-teamer alongside Bowen as an update emerges on Vladimir Coufal.

The Latest: Rosser shares Coufal update...

As per The Evening Standard journalist, West Ham's defender hasn't recovered from his hernia operation in time for today and will miss the second leg against Sevilla.

It is also claimed that Coufal may not feature again until after the international break.

He explained: "No Bowen. Coufal working on his own but not expected back until after the break."

The Verdict: Setback for Moyes?

Having been unable to muster his top 2020/2021 form so far this season, with Coufal's physical issues making it difficult, Moyes will want him back and at 100% capacity as soon as possible.

According to WhoScored, the Czech Republic international made the joint-most tackles per 90 on average out of West Ham's entire squad in the Premier League last year - proving himself colossal at the back.

On the overlap, Coufal proved just as effective in an attacking sense, racking up seven assists and finding the second-highest amount of key passes per 90 behind fellow full-back Cresswell (WhoScored).

Taking this into account, it's little wonder Stuart Pearce believes he is 'sensational', and Moyes will certainly want him back to full fitness and in top form for the final stretch of 21/22.
