West Ham United: Fans fume over Manuel Lanzini’s performance

Fans of West Ham have taken to Twitter in order to criticise the performance of Hammers attacking midfielder, Manuel Lanzini.
Prior to West Ham’s Tuesday evening Premier League clash against West Bromwich Albion, Lanzini had been awarded just one league start by David Moyes, with a further nine appearances coming from the bench.
Over the course of these 10 fixtures, the £12.6 million-rated 27-year-old had provided one assist and scored one goal – a dramatic last-minute screamer to earn the Hammers a point in a 3-3 draw against Tottenham Hotspur.
However, after Moyes included the Argentina international in his starting XI to face West Brom, a game in which Lanzini lost possession 11 times (Sofascore) prior to his 62nd minute withdrawal, fans of West Ham appeared to be furious with the attacking midfielder’s display, with many taking to Twitter to state they think the midfielder is ‘finished’ at the club, while others claimed that the 27-year-old is overrated.
