Journalist Sami Mokbel, writing for the Daily Mail, has dropped a claim that GSB are now ‘set‘ to reward manager David Moyes with a new contract at West Ham United – coming amid the Hammers’ stellar run of form which has guided them to a place in the top six.
West Ham set to table Moyes contract offer
Following a 16th place Premier League finish at the end of last campaign, Moyes has since gone on to arguably overachieve at the Hammers helm – with his side comfortably sitting in the top six and in real contention for Europe.
As a result, Mokbel reports that GSB ‘will‘ offer him a new long term deal at the club with the former Everton boss ‘set‘ to be rewarded for guiding his side through a brilliant 2020/2021 season so far.

Indeed, West Ham are said to be preparing a formal contract offer in this behind the scenes claim – and GSB look to secure Moyes’ immediate future as they seem set on a major call.
Judging by the manager’s work so far, it’s clear to see why West Ham are intent on keeping their boss in east London – but there is no time frame on when he will put pen to paper or when it could be announced.
However, this update could potentially excite many supporters.
