Speaking in a press conference ahead of West Ham United’s FA Cup tie against Stockport County, David Moyes had his say on potential January incomings as the clock ticks on in the transfer window – going on to drop an enticing three-word hint that the club could be pursuing a signing.
This comes after the confirmed ‘big news‘ that former Irons striker Sebastien Haller has moved to Ajax, with the club now reportedly eyeing a replacement forward ahead of a long and gruelling season.
West Ham have been linked with plenty of attackers to succeed their club record signing, and Moyes has now dropped a teasing three-word transfer hint.

The Hammers boss, speaking to the media, stated ‘we will try’ to bring in the ‘right players’ – coming as a potential statement of intent that could intrigue supporters.
Recent reports indicate that West Ham have their eye on a number of striking candidates, with Kaveh Solhekol explaining that Joshua King and Olivier Giroud are options (Sky Sports).
Meanwhile, ExWHUemployee, a reliable club insider, says that Abdallah Sima of Slavia Prague has been recommended by midfielder Tomas Soucek and is currently being monitored by the club.
