According to a report by ExWHUemployee, whilst star midfielder Declan Rice isn’t pushing for a January move away, the Chelsea-linked prodigy will ‘evaluate his position’ if West Ham accept a large offer – with a potential mid-season exit refusing to be ruled out.
Rice, who attracted serious interest from the west Londoners over summer, could still leave West Ham depending on developments – even despite his stance that he is not agitating for a transfer at this moment.
Will Declan Rice leave in January?
Yes, good luck to him and his career
Not a chance
The Athletic recently claimed that the mainstay switched agents to his father, who is apparently a Chelsea season ticket holder, but ExWHUemployee threw cold water on this update and revealed that both the player and his Dad have been working together since March.
Having already been through a transfer window, news that he switched agents recently to his Dad are apparently false, with it emerging that Rice and his family were season ticket holders but haven’t been to watch matches regularly at Stamford Bridge for six years.
While the insider has shed light on that development, easing potential worries, he has also refused to rule out an exit for Rice in January – claiming the 21-year-old will evaluate his position and consider an untimely exit if the club receive a just offer.

This could come as a potential worry for David Moyes and co, who would of course prefer keeping hold of their star man for the rest of the 2020/2021 campaign at least.
It remains to be seen whether the club do keep hold of Rice in January, but Moyes may well be powerless if GSB accept a large bid and the star man decides it’s time to move on.
