# West Ham United: Fans react as Moussa Dembele links emerge

**According to an update by France Football, via [West Ham News,](https://twitter.com/WHUFC_News/status/1331325467568312321) the Hammers are closely monitoring Lyon striker Moussa Dembele as David Moyes aims to bolster his attacking line – with supporters going on to react as the links reemerge.**

Dembele, who is currently failing to amass consistent starting places in the Lyon team, often coming off the bench over this Ligue 1 campaign so far, is also yet to score his first goal in the league this season ([WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/140090/Show/Moussa-Dembele)).

This has resulted in claims that he may have had a ‘[fallout](https://www.footballinsider247.com/something-has-happened-a-fallout-exclusive-pundit-on-west-ham-transfer-report/)‘ behind the scenes, with Moyes now plotting what has previously been described as a [‘hugely ambitious](https://www.footballinsider247.com/west-ham-are-hugely-ambitious-exclusive-mcleish-wowed-by-jan-transfer-pursuit/)‘ West Ham move.

It has certainly caught the attention of these Irons, who have all had their say over the development on social media – find all of their best comments down below.
