# West Ham United: Hammers fans rave over offer involving Ellyes Skhiri

**Flocking to Twitter, many West Ham United fans have raved over agent Fali Ramdani’s offer to their club – and it involves FC Koln midfielder Ellyes Skhiri.**

The Bundesliga ace, who was influential under former Koln boss Friedhelm Funkel over 2020/2021, has reportedly [submitted a transfer request](https://www.bild.de/bild-plus/sport/fussball/fussball/1-fc-koeln-so-schwer-ist-der-job-von-steffen-baumgart-wirklich-76997708,view=conversionToLogin.bild.html) and wants to leave this summer.

As per [Bild’s information](https://www.bild.de/bild-plus/sport/fussball/fussball/1-fc-koeln-so-schwer-ist-der-job-von-steffen-baumgart-wirklich-76997708,view=conversionToLogin.bild.html), Skhiri made his feelings known to the club and is on the lookout for any possible suitors.

West Ham have been [named as one of the sides](https://twitter.com/Walid_Elmechri/status/1405625495845281795?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1405625495845281795%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fbulinews.com%2Fnews%2F8883%2Freport-west-ham-after-kC3B6ln-midfielder) who could snap up the 26-year-old, with [Bild](https://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/fussball/1-fc-koeln-ellyes-skhiri-sebastiaan-bornauw-fc-kaempft-um-30-mio-euro-77084218.bild.html) now bringing an update on his future and lifting the lid on an enticing offer from his agent.

According to the German news outlet, Skhiri could leave for around [€15 million (£14m)](https://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/fussball/1-fc-koeln-ellyes-skhiri-sebastiaan-bornauw-fc-kaempft-um-30-mio-euro-77084218.bild.html) this summer and Ramadani has already offered the player to West Ham.

The Tunisia international started 32 top flight matches for Koln last season and averaged both the most tackles per 90 (2.6) and most interceptions (2.6) – marking himself out as a real presence in midfield ([WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Teams/282/Show/Germany-FC-Koln)).

Given his impressive 2020/2021 form, it’s little wonder some supporters are pleading with West Ham to sign the player.
