# West Ham United: Hammers wowed as GSB allegedly interested in signing Goncalo Guedes

**According to a report by Spanish publication[Fichajes](https://www.fichajes.net/noticias/guedes-rampa-salida-valencia-west-ham-napoles-monaco-20210221.html), West Ham United are interested in signing Valencia attacker Goncalo Guedes – with Hammers fans flocking to social media as this ‘interesting’ transfer claim emerges.**

Guedes is attracting the interest of AS Monaco and Napoli as well as the Irons, and this report claims that the La Liga side would demand around [€15 million (£13 million)](https://www.fichajes.net/noticias/guedes-rampa-salida-valencia-west-ham-napoles-monaco-20210221.html) for his services.

[West Ham Central](https://twitter.com/WestHam_Central/status/1363931295743680515) shared the news on Twitter, prompting plenty of supporters to have their say as the majority seem excited over the prospect of snapping up Guedes for what could be a meagre fee.

Starting 15 La Liga matches for Valencia this season, scoring one goal and assisting a teammate, the 24-year-old can also play as a striker on occasion ([WhoScored](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/247995/Show/Gon%C3%A7alo-Guedes)).

Taking to social media to give their opinion, theses Irons supporters believe this move could be ‘incredible’ – with one fan even believing that the mooted price tag is a ‘robbery’.
