# “What a legend and proper role model” – Tottenham fans react as star man breaks another record

**Harry Kane produced yet another stellar display in a white shirt yesterday evening to get the Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Transfer Tavern signing “he’s one of our own”. They just cannot get enough of their leading marksman at the moment as he fired two more goals on the way to a 4-0 thrashing of Sam Allardyce’s Everton.**

Harry Kane’s brace put the game beyond Everton while Son Heung Min opened the scoring and Christian Eriksen completed it by capping off a fine passing move with a tidy finish.

Kane broke yet another record in this game. His two goals took his Premier League tally to 98, meaning he matched and beat Teddy Sheringham’s total of 97 goals for Tottenham Hotspur in the top flight. Kane is now Spurs’ all time leading Premier League goal scorer.

The England international has reached this impressive milestone in just 133 games for Spurs in the Premier League.

Here are how Spurs fans reacted to this latest news.
