**Wolverhampton Wanderers fans reacted in delight after discovering their club are interested in Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard.**

The Black Country side have been without star man Raul Jimenez after [fracturing his skull](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/premier-league/wolves/raul-jimenez-injury-update-hospital-wolves-b1768080.html#:~:text=Wolves%20striker%20Raul%20Jimenez%20has,last%20month%20and%20underwent%20surgery.) during their 2-1 win against Arsenal earlier in the month, and it seems Edouard could be an ‘[amazing](https://twitter.com/pjsaturday63/status/1342517885030293509)‘ replacement, judging by the reactions of supporters.

According to TodoFichajes (via [Talking Wolves](https://twitter.com/TalkingWolves/status/1342474567114235905)), Nuno Espirito is eyeing up a January swoop for the Frenchman, who has been crucial towards Celtic’s success north of the border during the past few seasons.

Since joining the quadruple treble-winning side in 2018, Edouard has scored 61 goals in 120 appearances ([Fotmob](https://www.fotmob.com/players/637746/odsonne-edouard)) and already has five to his name from nine starts in the Scottish Premiership this season ([Whoscored](https://www.whoscored.com/Players/317504/Show/Odsonne-Edouard)).
