The club [revealed Ait-Nouri on Sunday evening](https://www.wolves.co.uk/news/first-team/20201004-wolves-complete-signing-of-a%C3%AFt-nouri/), hours after his new side’s 1-0 victory against Fulham at the Molineux. Manager Nuno Espirito Santo [confirmed](https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/nuno-confirms-double-wolves-transfer-19048042) after the final whistle that Ruben Vinagre would be leaving the club to make way for the youngster.

Ait-Nouri arrives at Wolves having provided four assists from 23 appearances for Angers, which has helped him progress up three levels of the France youth programme, as per [TransferMarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/rayan-ait-nouri/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/578391/verein/1420).
