# Wolves: Fans flummoxed by Nuno Espirito Santo’s tactical decision

**[Wolves](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premier-league/wolves/) fans have been having their say on [Nuno](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/tag/nuno-espirito-santo/) Espirito Santo’s decision to take off Pedro Neto during their side’s [1-0](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55406822) defeat to Manchester United.**

The 20-year-old made way for Fabio Silva in the [68th minute](https://www.sofascore.com/manchester-united-wolverhampton/dsK) as the Black Country club went on to have their hearts broken by a late Marcus Rashford strike.

Neto, who has been [lauded](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/wolves-news/wolves-jamie-redknapp-makes-huge-claim-about-pedro-neto/) in recent weeks, started [alongside](https://www.sofascore.com/manchester-united-wolverhampton/dsK) Adama Traore as part of a striking pair. Despite a solid first-half performance, Wolves were unable to capitalise on their chances.

Silva replaced the Portuguese forward to play out the final 20 minutes but failed to have a single shot on goal.

As a result, this left many fans confused as to why Nuno opted to remove Neto from the action, and these supporters made their feelings about the decision clear on social media.
