Some Wolves fans have been left fuming as some exit news emerged on Owen Otasowie.
As per the official website of the Midlands club, the USA international has completed a permanent move to Club Brugge, one which technical director Scott Sellars described as a ‘great move for all parties’.
Should Wolves have kept Otasowie?
The Molineux faithful are pretty scarce in the centre of midfield at the moment, and have a pretty thin squad in general, so letting Otasowie go is a questionable decision if they do not have anybody lined up to replace him.
At just 20 years of age as well, he certainly has a lot of potential, and so it is a shame for the Wanderers to see one of their academy graduates go when he could become a top player in the future.
Wolves fans on Otasowie news
These WWFC supporters fumed as the news on Otasowie was confirmed on Twitter, with a couple even going as far as to claim that it is a ‘joke’:
“I hate this club”
“Congratulations Wolves, this is officially the worst birthday ever.”
“Joke we let a talented guy like this go for £4mill… we bring in Mir send him out on loan and then sell… WHAT IS THE POINT GETTING YOUNG TALENT IF THEY JUST GO…”
“How do you possibly let this happen?”
“Will you let the club know to get onto signing some players cause this is turning into a complete joke now.”
