Wolves: Fans fume at Marcal’s fresh injury setback
Many Wolves fans were left frustrated after Marcal picked up yet another injury during his side’s 1-0 win against Leeds United on Friday night.
The 32-year-old made only his second appearance off the bench since picking up a groin injury just after Christmas which ruled him out for 11 games.
However, his body could not cope with Nuno Espirito Santo’s idea of easing him gently into the action, and left the field after just 23 minutes, unable to continue.
Wolves managed to get the three points and Marcal’s setback did not affect the outcome of the proceedings – as the Black Country club moved up to 11th place before Saturday’s games.

Despite this, supporters were not impressed with Marcal in the slightest, with plenty suggesting that he should be offloaded in the summer.
