# Wolves: These fans are pleased with the 2019/20 season so far

**Wolves Live on Twitter ([@WolvesFC\_latest](https://twitter.com/WolvesFC_latest/status/1197501657413824512)) asked followers to give their three-word verdict on their Premier League season so far, with many expressing satisfaction at how it has gone for Nuno Espirito Santo’s team.**

The Molineux side got off to a shaky start domestically, [failing to win any of their first five league matches](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/wolverhampton-wanderers/spielplan/verein/543) and suffering a heavy 2-5 home defeat to Chelsea in September which [left them second from bottom](https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/49617985) in the table.

Seven matches later, though, that [remains their last defeat in the Premier League](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/wolverhampton-wanderers/spielplan/verein/543), a run which began with [Diogo Jota’s stoppage time equaliser](https://www.skysports.com/football/c-palace-vs-wolves/408034) salvaging a draw against Crystal Palace.

Since then, Wolves have [beaten Manchester City away](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/spielbericht/index/spielbericht/3219401), [drawn at Arsenal](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/spielbericht/index/spielbericht/3219371) and, most recently, [defeated Midlands rivals Aston Villa](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/spielbericht/index/spielbericht/3219352) at Molineux, exacting revenge for a [Carabao Cup loss](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/oct/30/aston-villa-wolves-carabao-cup-match-report) a couple of weeks previously.

Their tally of two league defeats is bettered only by unbeaten Liverpool, while only five teams have conceded fewer than their 15 goals from the opening 12 games. \[[via Sky Sports](https://www.skysports.com/premier-league-table)\]

These Wolves fans on Twitter are happy with the campaign so far and some believe it’s going to get even better:
