Many Wolves fans have been buzzing as a transfer update emerged on Rayan Ait-Nouri.
As per French football journalist Mohamed Toubache-Ter, the left-back will sign for the Midlands club on a permanent deal from Angers worth €12m (£10.3m) and will benefit from a 50% sell-on clause.
Should Wolves have signed Ait-Nouri?
Ait-Nouri certainly impressed while on loan at Molineux in the 2020/21 season, ranking highly among his teammates in terms of average tackles (1.4), key passes (0.7), dribbles (1.2), pass success (86.1%) and crosses (0.6) per match in the Premier League (WhoScored).
It is not a surprise to see so many Wolves supporters, many of whom have previously called for him to be signed permanently off the back of some of his impressive displays, delighted with the news that he looks to be returning to Molineux in this summer’s transfer window.
