Reports emerging from sources close to Manchester City and Wolfsburg have stated that a fee has finally been agreed in the 18-month pursuit of the Bosnian striker.
It is believed that because of the position that Steve McClaren’s men find themselves in at the moment, they have agreed a fee which is someway short of their original £38 million valuation.
Already with 10 goals this season, the Bosnian is set to earn £110,000 a week at Eastlands and his arrival will bring further questions over the futures of Roque Santa Cruz, Emmanuel Adebayor and Carlos Tevez.
It looks a great signing, but will Dzeko be able to deliver in the Premiership? Can he adapt his game and fire City to a Champions League place? Or better yet, the title?
