Liverpool have already confirmed the signing of defender Steven Caulker on loan from Queens Park Rangers this month, and Jurgen Klopp will be looking to further improve his squad.
With this transfer window being the first for the German in the Premier League, he will be looking to bring in players who are suited to his pressing play style.
However, our resident Liverpool fans enjoying a game of darts here in the Tavern will also be looking at their current crop of players, and debating which of them the Anfield club should be looking to sell.
The Reds’ squad already contains a selection of top players, although there is also a bunch of deadwood that they should be looking to replace.

Adam Bogdan
Former Bolton goalkeeper Adam Bogdan has been far from impressive since his arrival in the summer, clearly demonstrating to the Liverpool faithful in the Tavern that he is nowhere near the level required at a top club like the Merseyside outfit.
With Simon Mignolet also underperforming, Jurgen Klopp will surely be looking into signing a new goalkeeper and it is likely to be the 28-year-old signing, who is to be sold in order to make room for a new stopper.
The Hungarian has only made five starts this season, clearly demonstrating to our landlord the lack of faith that managers have in him as a genuine alternative to his Belgian counterpart Mignolet.
Kolo Toure
Kolo Toure has only made six starts this season for Liverpool, with Mamadou Sakho and Dejan Lovren preferred over the Ivory Coast defender.
Signed on a free transfer from Manchester City back in 2013, the 34-year old has mainly been called upon as a second choice to an injured or suspended centre back and it is likely that he will leave Anfield this summer on another free transfer.
However, should another club come calling for the Ivorian this month, the Liverpool fans over by the slot machines would not be saddened to see him depart Anfield.
Jose Enrique
Another defender who Liverpool should be looking to sell is Jose Enrique.
The left back has been plagued with injuries in recent seasons and has only managed one start so far this season, which was not made under Klopp, and he has been restricted to under-21 football.
The Spaniard turns 30 at the end of the month and Liverpool may look to offload the full-back, in an attempt to make room for other players to come into the squad, with academy graduate Brad Smith announcing himself as first choice Alberto Moreno’s understudy.
