Antonio Conte must have been counting his lucky stars with the Chelsea comeback easing the mounting pressure on him for a short while, the Chelsea boss seems to be not making many friends this season on the board and they have started to look at other options already according to recent reports. Our regular punters here believe it’s only a matter of time before the Italian boss is shown the Stamford Bridge exit door, with Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri looking like the Blues next choice.

Sarri has been gaining many plaudits recently amongst our regulars with his style of classy football he’s brought to Napoli and currently challenging Inter Milan at the top of Serie A, things are looking good for the Italian and with a small buy out clause Chelsea look set to make a move if things don’t change soon.

Suso

The AC Milan midfielder is sought after by a number of clubs and his displays this year have done nothing to dampen that, with a reported 40-50 million euro release clause in his contract maybe putting some of his admirers off.

Chelsea should look to get him a little cheaper as his AC Milan side are currently in the league around mid-table and the Spaniard certainly would add some depth to an already talented frontline. As an inside forward, the former Liverpool man would certainly fit in at Stamford Bridge.

Radja Nainggolan

Belgian midfielder has been a target for Chelsea for some time and, although he’s fully committed to Roma, Chelsea would be hoping Sarri’s influence can sway him to make the move to the English Premier League. The midfield enforcer would be a welcome addition especially with the departure of Matic last summer.

He, along with N’Golo Kane and Tiémoué Bakayoko, would form one of the most dynamic central midfields in Europe, allowing the likes of Eden Hazard and Pedro to roam behind Alvaro Morata.

Kalidou Koulibaly

Chelsea fans would be hoping that if Sarri does come to Stamford Bridge he will bring the Senegalese centre-back with him.

He’s powerful, big and quick, it would be a welcome addition to the Chelsea defence especially with his versatility. With Gary Cahill starting to show a dip in form, the 26-year-old could prove a long-term heir for the England international.

Having already played under Sarri, the Italian will know exactly what buttons to press to get the best out of him, potentially giving the Blues another rock-solid defence.
