There is very little need for Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Football Transfer Tavern to be pessimistic as they look forward to Champions League football and another intense top-flight campaign at the national stadium, Wembley.
The club are yet to make a summer signing, but you can’t blame them for being content with the current crop of players. The last few years have been very successful for Tottenham, and so it makes sense to focus on improving their current group rather than needlessly adding extra bodies.
That being said, there are a number of players within the Tottenham squad that have struggled lately, and next season won’t be a period for Tottenham to experiment. Rather, Pochettino needs players that he can rely upon – and anyone that doesn’t fit the bill must be moved on this summer.
With that said, here are 3 Tottenham outcasts that need to be axed or loaned out immediately…
Moussa Sissoko

Moussa Sissoko’s arrival at Tottenham Hotspur on transfer deadline day last summer was one the astonishing moves in the window and it doesn’t come to much surprise that the France international struggled to adapt to life in North London.
The 27-year-old’s price tag which saw him opt to move south from Newcastle has so far been unjustified and he is definitely a rare, regrettable acquisition by the Premier League outfit.
It might be time for Tottenham to chalk this one down as a loss.
Kevin Wimmer

The Austrian centre-back has become an understudy in the Tottenham Hotspur defence having been restricted to a measly ten appearances in all competitions last season.
Kevin Wimmer has proven to be a reliant defender when called upon but he likely won’t be satisfied with the bench next term after being overlooked time and time again.
Any fan base in the Football Transfer Tavern would happily welcome Wimmer to their ranks and perhaps a loan move could be best for the 24-year-old. Maybe in the future Spurs could usefully utilise him.
Michel Vorm

Prior to joining Spurs three years ago, Dutch goalkeeper Michel Vorm was one of the more underrated players in the Premier League but it has become a surprise that his current employer hasn’t featured him on a regular basis.
Formerly of Swansea City, Vorm is capable of fitting into a number of top-flight outfits rather than being forced to warm the bench at White Hart Lane.
Tottenham have to cash-in on the ‘keeper immediately to boost their budget for upcoming hectic summer transfer window.
Spurs supporters, is a major clear out needed this summer? Out of this trio, which one would you most want to be let go? Let us get your thoughts in the comment section below!
