After thumping Hull City over the course of the weekend, the Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern have been in lighter moods of late.
Three wins on the bounce have restored some sort of optimism to the North London locals, who are now looking upon their pint glasses as half-full.
Up next for the Gunners is a trip to the City Ground to take on Nottingham Forest (and Nicklas Bendtner) in the EFL Cup.
While Arsene Wenger’s transfer policy is usually lamented, the options available to the North London giants ahead of their trip is indicative of their strength and depth.
Previously, Arsenal have been prone to a banana skin at this stage of the competition, losing to Sheffield Wednesday this time last year.
So, with that in mind, the Gunners propping up the bar have been in raucous discussion as to who should start.

Has dropped out the side for more experienced options in recent weeks, though Rob Holding will surely be handed the chance to further his development.
Shkodran Mustafi
Still getting to grips with life in England, a strong performance in Nottinghamshire will go a long way for the German.
Kieran Gibbs
Though Nacho Monreal is now established as Wenger’s first-choice as a left-sided full-back, Gibbs is a dependable replacement.
Granit Xhaka
Has become somewhat of a cult figure already at the club due to his lack of starting berths, though Granit Xhaka has surely done enough to be handed one tomorrow night.
Mohamed Elneny
Like Xhaka, the Egyptian hasn’t been involved all that much this season.
Still, he’s impressed during his brief spell in North London and his tidy passing range will be key in keeping the ball moving.

A huge season for the 23-year-old, who needs a big performance to remind Wenger of his qualities.
