The big games just keep on coming in the Premier League and here in the Football Transfer Tavern we can barely catch our breath.
We’ve seen Liverpool beat Arsenal and Chelsea which the Reds fans naturally loved whilst we also saw our resident Manchester City fans revel in their easy win over city rivals Manchester United, as Pep Guardiola’s men laid down quite the gauntlet to the rest of the Premier League.
What happens next is anyone’s guess but here by the bar we’re gearing up for another blockbuster as Arsenal host their London rivals Chelsea this weekend, in a fixture that always generates talking points.
Both teams have started fairly well with some room to improve, and that means they’ll be only more eager than ever to get one over the other in the race for the title.
Our landlord is currently planning of ways to help keep things friendly between the two sets of fans bound to descend on the Transfer Tavern, but has taken time out to bring you the line-up that will see Chelsea seal a crucial win…
Thibaut Courtois

Good goalkeeper but he needs to start reminding us why.
Cesar Azpilicueta

Branislav Ivanovic had a shocker against Liverpool and it’s time ‘Azpi’ got to play on his stronger side.
David Luiz
John Terry’s fitness is up in the air so Luiz will probably get the nod again.
Gary Cahill

Cahill, meanwhile, will also start against the Gunners.

Marcos Alonso

Alonso should come in at left back and give the Chelsea defence a bit more balance.

N’Golo Kante

Kante has fast become Chelsea’s main midfielder and must start.
Cesc Fabregas

(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
Surely Conte can’t persist with leaving the Spaniard on the bench? The Emirates might not give him the warmest of welcomes though.
Eden Hazard

Hazard went quiet against Liverpool and he needs to show that was just a blip.

Oscar

Conte evidently likes Oscar so he’s more than likely going to play once more.

Willian

Willian wasn’t at his best against Liverpool like many of the players so he needs to bounce back here.
Diego Costa

(function(){var ids=["snack_dex5","snack_dex6"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-d:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})(); (function(){var ids=["snack_mex4","snack_mex5","snack_mex6","snack_mex7"];var els=document.querySelectorAll("div.snack-rpt-m:not([id])");for(var i=0;i<els.length&&i<ids.length;i++){els[i].id=ids[i];}})();
Costa loves playing against Arsenal so expect another class but borderline nuts performance.
