The Transfer Tavern landlord has heard that rumors have surfaced linking Mesut Ozil with a move away from the Emirates this summer, if they fail in their attempt to land the Premier League title.
Arsenal are currently third in the race for the title, two points behind leaders Leicester City, in one of the most dramatic Premier League season for some time and if the Gunners do fail to land the title, it would be a massive opportunity lost.
Which has got some players thinking about their future with a side that has not won the title in a massive 12 years.
Our resident Gunners fans have been speculating that if a top star like Ozil is considering a move away from the London club, that others may follow and they’ve discussed who else might follow him out of the Emirates.
Here is a list of five Players who might follow Ozil out of Arsenal, from our Gooners at the bar.

Olivier Giroud

29-year-old French forward Giroud is Arsenal’s leading scorer with 20 goals this season in 41 appearances, but he has still come in for some criticism from media and fans alike.
Giroud considers himself to be one of the world’s top strikers and another season without a title may well convince the ageing Frenchman to seek out a fresh challenge.
Giroud has talent, there is no doubting that, but he does not always apply that talent, which is why he receives negative feedback from fans.
Theo Walcott

The England winger come forward has made it no secret that he wants to play through the middle as a forward for Arsene Wenger’s team.
Yet he consistently finds himself on the bench coming on as an impact player predominantly down the flank.
The England star has been linked with moves away in the past but this summer it may well actually happen if Walcott does not get the game time he wants.
Mathieu Flamini

Arsenal intend to overhaul their midfield during the summer and have already decided to let go of Mikel Arteta, so Flamini is waiting to hear if he will get a new deal at the Emirates this summer or if he will be let go too.
The 31-year-old French star has played just 19 games this season for the Gunners, scoring two goals in the process.
Flamini joined from Milan in August 2013 on a free transfer and could leave Arsenal in the same fashion this summer if Wenger decides to off load the midfielder.
Aaron Ramsey

One of Arsenal’s brightest stars has been linked with a move away from Arsenal in the summer to join fellow Welshman Gareth Bale in The Bernabeu.
The link has been rumbling on since last summer, when Madrid are alleged to have made an inquiry about the player but did not follow that up with a formal bid.
Madrid are looking to freshen up during the summer before the transfer embargo takes hold of the Spanish giants, so their could be lots of activity from the Spanish club with Ramsey being one of their top targets.
David Ospina

Last season’s first choice keeper has become a little dispirited at the Emirates after the arrival of Petr Cech, so much so that the 27-year-old shot stopper is considering a move away from The Gunners.
He has made just four appearances this season for Arsenal, conceding in every game that he featured in.
The Colombian international keeper is seeking talks with Arsene Wenger to talk about his future at the club before the summer window opens.
