Chelsea is a club blessed with players gifted players.
With the likes of Thibaut Courtois, Eden Hazard, and others, there’s no denying the talent at the club.
Chelsea have bought players to immediately feature for the first team and stars for the future. With all that said, previous managers have been criticised for not using these youngsters to see what they’re all about.
With Antonio Conte stepping in, he’s given loads of young talent; in fact, Chelsea have an amazing 33 players out on loan.
And some of their best youngsters are with the first team and getting the occasional start.
The locals at the Tavern are having their pints in amazement about how much talent is going wasted with the club.
For Conte to make his mark, he must utilise the young players given at the club. Lists have been made here at the Tavern, and here are the FIVE youngsters that Conte must utilise if he wants to be successful at Chelsea next season….

Bertrand Traore

At the age of 20, Traore has shown he will be a future star in world football.
He was loaned out for 18 months to Vitesse Arnhem featuring in 51 games and scoring 20 goals in all competitions.
For someone who was only in his teens during his time in the Netherlands, the statistics speak for themselves about how good of a player Traore will be.
This current season has been frustrating at the forward position.
Diego Costa has been injured and in the news too much while Radamel Falcao and Loic Remy haven’t produced any solid performances to garner a start.
Featuring Traore more during Conte’s time at Chelsea could reap success for the club.
Kenedy

Creativity has been lacking this season at Stamford Bridge with numerous players not living up to their utmost potential.
Eden Hazard has had a horrendous season and Oscar has been fading away the past 18 months.
The only player that has added consistent flair in the squad has been Willian and he will need his compatriot to help him out next season.
Kenedy has shown flashes in his few appearances for Chelsea about the talent he has.
The Tavern have called for him to start more at the end of the current season due to his potential.
He has the pace and confidence to take on any defender.
This type of attitude is essential in becoming a potent attacker and Conte might view Kenedy has the cheapest option to inject creativity into the current squad.
Matt Miazga

The young American had his debut for Chelsea over the weekend and the reviews after the match were all positive.
He was brought in from the New York Red Bulls as the future of American soccer and with the centre back deficiencies currently at Chelsea, Miazga might have more of a role with Conte and rightfully so.
Albeit against Aston Villa, he handled the physicality of Rudy Gestede well and played with composure that most 20-year-old’s lack.
With Kurt Zouma recovering from a major injury, Gary Cahill struggling to find consistent form, and John Terry looking he will be leaving Stamford Bridge, Miazga will be important for Conte to have success at the club.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek

Defensive midfield has been left lacking and Loftus-Cheek could turn into an important player for Conte.
Although not a typical number 6, the Tavern wants to see the young English international slide into the side and show off his talents.
He has been praised by multiple Chelsea managers and for him to be integral for the future, he must show Conte what he’s all about.
No one is questioning his talent.
He is a strong player who will push the play up the field.
He has great vision and with many players rumoured to be brought in by Conte, Loftus-Cheek would be a nice squad player to show everyone the future of Chelsea football.
He is a must for Conte to win the fans’ trust.
Nathan Ake

Getting meaningful experience in the English top flight, Ake would be warmly welcomed if he got meaningful minutes under Conte.
The defence needs some fresh bodies and Ake has the versatility to play either centre or left back.
With Branislav Ivanovic not producing what he should be doing, Ake could take over at left back while Cesar Azpilicueta moves to his preferred right back.
The loan move has been great for Ake as he has been playing in big games, none bigger than the upcoming FA Cup semi-final against Crystal Palace.
Developing a winning mentality is something Conte must desire and Ake could achieve that at Watford.
When Conte looks at defensive replacements, he doesn’t have to look far and decide to feature Ake more.
