Arsenal are interested in Red Bull Leipzig’s Dayot Upamecano with the Gunners having already had a bid rejected for him, per Bild. Indeed, they also reportedly chased him last month with reports claiming Mikel Arteta was thinking of making a move for the defender before signing Pablo Mari last month.
With that in mind, his latest comments will be of interest to the north London outfit with the France youth international claiming he will sit down to make a decision on his future at the end of the season (RMC Sport via Tribuna). However, with his contract expiring after the 2020/2021 campaign, there are plenty of sides eyeing up a move for the centre-half with Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester United all interested (via Telefoot).
