Arsenal fans were feeling elated after a report stated Mikel Arteta’s plans to sign James Maddison emerged.
According to Football Insider, the Spaniard has told those close to him that he wants the Leicester City man to be his marquee signing in the summer transfer window. However, the Gunners will face competition for the Englishman, who is also of interest to rivals Manchester United.
One fan proved such a huge supporter of the playmaker, he claimed the ace would be the ‘perfect’ player for the Gunners.

In comparison to the north London outfit’s current options, the former Norwich City man is averaging more key passes per Premier League game. He has also notched up six goals and 3 assists, which would place him in second-place when compared to the Arsenal players.
