Arsenal fans have been hitting out at Sky Sports after the news channel gave supporters their update on the side’s transfer window.
According to the channel’s Dharmesh Sheth (via ZRAFC), the club is not looking to bring anyone in at the moment despite Mikel Arteta’s comments following Calum Chambers’ injury.
After the Englishman was confirmed to be out for up to nine months, the Spaniard revealed that the Gunners could enter the market for a replacement (via FourFourTwo).
Despite the update from Sky, the north London side have been linked with moves for a few players.
Thomas Lemar, Dayot Upamecano, Jerome Boateng and Daniele Rugani are just four of the players that have been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium this winter.
Fans were left hitting out at Sky Sports for their update on the club’s lack of movement in the transfer window as they took to Twitter to react.
