For a lot of Gunners, this summer would be perfect if they could just get one more deal for a winger over the line. So far the club has made five signings, all with emphasis on improving the defence, however, it now looks like Unai Emery will be targetting a winger Arsenal Fan TV tweeted about the potential for signing Wilfried Zaha, although it was met by negative comments by the fanbase.

On his day, Wilfried Zaha is one of the best wingers in the Premier League and is capable of tearing even the best defenders apart. He’s been at Palace for three years after he rejoined Selhurst park back in 2015 following a disastrous spell at Old Trafford and now it looks like he could be on the move again this summer. Tottenham Hotspur, Borussia Dortmund and Everton have all registered an interest in the winger and it looks like he’ll be on the move.
Whilst there might be some Arsenal fans out there who would love to sign the Ivorian winger, the vast majority are firmly in agreement that he’s overrated and wouldn’t improve the squad. It’s no secret that the fans want to see Kingsley Coman signed and if Unai Emery can land the French winger then the Gunners will be well-placed to challenge for a spot in the top four again, although at the moment it doesn’t look like the club is close to signing either Zaha or Coman.

The fans all seem to be in agreement that Zaha isn’t the right fit at The Emirates and this is one transfer that they’d be happy to see Spurs complete ahead of them.
