Many Arsenal fans have chipped in with their say after recent departee Henrikh Mkhitaryan had an absolute belter for his country in just his second game after leaving the club.
The attacking midfielder scored two goals and made one assist as Armenia surprised Bosnia and Herzegovina in their Euro 2020 qualifier, helping his nation win 4-2.
The 30-year-old recently departed Arsenal, despite playing in their last match – a 2-2 draw versus North London rivals Tottenham. He played 23 minutes in that match before being sent out on loan just a day afterwards, with AS Roma signing the player on loan.
According to the BBC, Roma will pay a loan fee for the player as well as his wages, but there is no option or obligation to buy clause within his deal.
Arsenal fans gave a mixed response to the performance of Mkhitaryan, with many saying that it’s typical that he would play so well since leaving the club. Others suggested it was good news, as the better his performances the more likely the club are to get rid of the player permanently.
Here are some of the responses below…

Trashtaryan. He never returned to London again. In Arsenal you don't know how to add balls but that's why you knew how to score 2 goals today.
