Spurs and Arsenal fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern always have something to argue about, whether it be Arsenal’s defence or a game of darts in the bar, and now they may have another issue to squabble over.
According to reports from French publication, Le 10 Sport Arsenal are ahead of their bitter London rivals in the chase for Sofaine Boufal, with Spurs considering moving on.
The Moroccan attacking midfielder, rated at €25m, has recovered from surgery which he underwent earlier this year and is also linked with a move to Paris Saint Germain.
The Lille man can be deployed on either wing, through the middle or even up top and bagged himself 11 goals in 29 Ligue 1 games last season.
The 22-year-old has also been linked with a move to the Premier League via Southampton as they seek further replacements for Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle.
