Celtic will be desperate to return to winning ways after the international break as they failed to secure all three points against Livingston last time out.
The Hoops have been the standout performers in the Scottish Premiership in recent times as they continue to build towards securing a third successive treble. And, to make things even better, it appears as if the club are eyeing a swoop, as according to the Daily Express Sport (via The Scottish Sun), Celtic are monitoring Connor Roberts.
Interestingly, Celtic are believed to be keeping tabs on Swansea City right-back Connor Roberts.
Roberts is out of contract in the summer and can leave the Liberty Stadium on a free at the end of the season.
Indeed, the Hoops are currently scouting the 23-year-old and could look to bring him in as a replacement for Mikael Lustig, who hasn’t really had a positive impact on proceedings this season as he continues to age.
THE VERDICT:

Connor Roberts has established himself as one of the hottest prospects in the Championship since enjoying his breakthrough at the Liberty Stadium, with a move to Celtic being just rewards for his efforts this season.
The Wales international has really come on leaps and bounds this season as he continues to impress on the international stage and has added goals to his game in the Championship.
