Celtic have been on a good run over the last couple of weeks, and that got even better in the Europa League on Thursday night. They’ve had a tough time in the competition this season, but they really pulled it out of the bag with a fantastic display this time around.
They dispatched of German outfit RB Leipzig 2-1, and it’s fair to say that, given their recent European form, not many fans were likely expecting such a good display.
It’s evident that Brendan Rodgers’ men are clearly on the up, but it seems as though many Celtic fans think that one man didn’t get the memo for that.
Whilst supporters online are delighted with the result, there is one man that seems to be generating a little bit of frustration. Mikael Lustig had a tough game, especially in contrast to his teammates, and he played a role in RB Leipzig’s goal on the night.
That, along with his general performance, has left fans feeling frustrated, and many of them have taken to Twitter to reveal their frustration.
