Loads of Celtic fans were left furious by the performance of Greg Taylor in Wednesday’s 2-2 draw against Livingston, as one supporter said he is ‘so far out of his depth it’s frightening’.
The Hoops suffered a setback at the Tony Macaroni Arena on Wednesday and yet still came out of the night as winners thanks to Hamilton’s shock win at Ibrox, moving 13 points clear at the top of the Premiership. Callum McGregor and Tom Rogic were on the score-sheet for the visitors, but one man who didn’t enjoy such a good evening was Taylor.
The 22 year-old took some time to break into the side since signing for the club last summer, but is now struggling to leave his mark having been given the chance to impress. Deployed on the left of a back five, tasked with the responsibility of bombing up and down the wing and also supporting the defence, the youngster only ever seemed to go backwards, constantly turning and playing the ball back where it came from.
