A lot of Celtic fans are loving a post showing highlights of former player Shunsuke Nakamura as the club thrashed Kilmarnock 4-1 back in 2006.
The Japanese player scored two spectacular goals, one a free-kick and the other saw him finish off a great team goal. The attacking midfielder enjoyed four great seasons for the Scottish giants including in the Champions League. In total he featured 142 times for the side, scoring 28 goals and contributing with 36 assists, via Transfermarkt.
The midfield maestro is now 41 years-old but clearly is obsessed with the sport as he is still playing football in the Japanese league for Yokohama FC where he has made 12 appearances and scored one goal.
With football currently postponed due to recent events, highlights like these are currently getting fans of the Scottish club through the day. One supporter even said that Nakamura is in his “top 3 best players” for the club, whilst another labelled him a ‘genius‘.
