A lot of Celtic fans are loving a post on Twitter by Jac_O’Neill (@Jakeroberts1984) which shows a selfie of the fan with Hoops player Callum McGregor.
Football is currently postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and everyone across Scotland and England has been asked to maintain a safe distance from people with whom they do not share a residence, so when the Hoops fan spotted the midfielder they both made sure the picture was taken from a safe distance.

Many fans loved that McGregor still took the time to pose for the photo and it is clear to see by the comments on Twitter the player is already a fan favourite. The Scottish centre midfielder has made 274 appearances for Celtic, scoring 49 goals and providing 56 assists along the way (as per Transfermarkt).
He has become a first team stalwart after graduating from the club’s youth ranks and some fans believe the 26-year-old has become a huge figure at the club, with one supporter believing he will be a “future captain” at Parkhead.
