Celtic posted on Twitter that they were doing a Q&A with Scott Bain, and many fans flooded to the post to talk about the change in style the player has had since football has been postponed.
The 28 year-old goalkeeper, via Transfermarkt, has decided to change the colour of his hair by bleaching it, and the Celtic faithful have been quick to joke about the new hairstyle, with many referring to him as ‘Slim Bainy’ in reference to rapper Eminem.
On the pitch the goalkeeper probably hasn’t made as many appearances as he would have wanted to as he has only played eight games and kept four clean sheets, but this has been due to a thumb injury he sustained early in the campaign, per Transfermarkt.
With current loanee Fraser Forster doing a great job in between the sticks, keeping 14 clean sheets in 28 games, per Transfermarkt, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Bain if the club try to sign the ex-England man on a permanent from Premier League side Southampton.
