Whilst the Hoops would have expected to beat Livingston yesterday in the Scottish Premier League, the fans aren’t gutted at the fact they dropped two points. The 0-0 draw saw their side return to the top of the Scottish Premier League, a position that they’re more than familiar with.

After drawing 0-0 away from home, you’d expect there to be an uproar amongst Celtic fans, but that’s far from the case. Brendan Rodgers’ side played out a superb 2-1 home win against RB Leipzig at Parkhead on Thursday and it’s clear that a lot of The Bhoys were still fatigued from that. The supporters seemed to understand that and were more than happy to return to the top of the league with a good point on the road.
Next up for Rodgers and co after the international break comes another away trip to Hamilton in the Scottish Premier League before a third straight away trip in all competitions as they face Rosenborg in the Europa League. If they can get wins from both of those games then the Hoops will be over the moon, although as long as the side maintain top spot in the league then the fans will be happy with whatever they get.

Whilst the fans were all desperate for a win on the road, they secured a well-earned point and will be delighted to head into the international break at the top of the league.
