Celtic fans are delighted with their club at the minute. Despite what looks like another European disaster in their Europa League tie with Valencia it’s all going right for the Hoops. Yesterday saw them record a 1-0 away win at Kilmarnock, and the fans were delighted to see the young Armstrong Oko-Flex on the bench.

The young winger is incredibly just 16-years-old and was born in March 2002. That’s enough to make any football fan feel old and whilst the Bhoys won’t like the reminder of how they’re all getting on a bit, they’ll be delighted to see that Brendan Rodgers isn’t afraid to throw some of the club’s youngsters into the matchday squad when he’s struggling with injuries.
At the moment, the Hoops are having to get by without Tom Rogic and Olivier Ntcham, so the options from the bench are limited. However, if Rodgers can find himself in a position where he’s a few goals up in a risk-free game then the opportunity to chance a player like young Oko-Flex may arise, and it’s a moment that loads of fans are desperate to see, even if they have to wait for it.
