Celtic confirmed on their official Twitter channel @CelticFC on Friday morning that teenage midfielder Ewan Henderson has been recalled from his loan spell at Ross County, who visit Parkhead this weekend in the Premiership.

The 19-year-old had swapped Glasgow for Dingwall at the end of the summer transfer window in what was intended to be a season-long loan move but, with the youngster struggling for regular game-time at Ross County, he has now been recalled by his parent club.
Henderson made six Premiership starts during his loan spell but none in the last two months, while his last league appearance came against Livingston before Christmas and he was only brought on as a substitute in the Dingwall club’s Scottish Cup defeat to Ayr last Saturday. He has made seven first team appearances for Celtic so far, including one as a late substitute in the Champions League qualifying win at home to Sarajevo at the beginning of this season, and provided three assists in those games.
