Celtic: Fans praise former manager Ronny Deila

An interview has recently come out involving former Celtic manager Ronny Deila, and after finding the video, a lot of the Bhoys fanbase have been talking about the man’s time at the club.

The Norwegian was appointed in June 2014 and stayed at the club until May 2016, per Transfermarkt. He managed 118 games and picked up a great record for the side as they won 76, drew 22 and lost 20 whilst he was in charge. This gave him a 64.41 win percentage and ranks him in the top ten managers in the club’s history, via fitbastats.

He has also been crucial in helping the club be able to win nine titles in a row as he won the fourth and fifth titles in the sequence, per Transfermarkt.

Clearly he had a very successful career at the Scottish side and his service at the Celts has been massively appreciated by the Hoops faithful with one even suggesting a role that he could come back to as he said, ‘I would love Ronnie to come back as head of youth development the job TB had I think he would be brilliant.’
