Things have not been easy for midfielder Eboue Kouassi at Celtic following his move from Krasnodar in 2017.
The 21-year-old has barely featured for the Hoops, with a cruciate ligament injury largely to blame.

Since leaving Russian football for Scottish football, according to Transfermarkt, Kouassi has only played 22 games for the SPFL champions despite having been at the club for almost three years.
The above shows how disruptive Kouassi’s knee injury has proven to be, though he is slowly putting that behind him.
The former Krasnodar man was named in a reserve side earlier today as Celtic geared up to take on Motherwell in the SPFL Reserve Cup.
Having missed a lot of action, Celtic fans were glad to see Kouassi named in the reserve XI. “YPOTY pending” one supporter joked, while another deemed his return as the “king” coming back.
