Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas isn’t confident that his old club Celtic will be able to return from Rome with a result against Lazio despite securing a 2-1 victory in Glasgow.
Celtic left it late at Parkhead but were worthy winners against the side currently sitting fourth in Serie A, with reports suggesting that there might not be much home advantage, they might just fancy a repeat result.
Lazio also look like being without key man Ciro Immobile for the clash, which will do much to buoy the away team’s defence.
Nicholas feels that Lazio will be out for revenge and nick a 2-1 win.
Hoops fans took to Twitter to berate Nicholas and questioned his competence as a pundit and loyalty as a Celtic fan.
Then wonders why, He’s never invited to Paradise to watch yet alone cut some red tape

Charlie Nicholas claims Celtic got lucky against Lazio as he makes Europa League predictions-
What a pundit has to do or say to keep his paymasters happy , to the outsider you would need convincing he played for Celtic such is his negativity
