A lot of Celtic fans would like to keep defender Kristoffer Ajer after the question was asked by fan page Celtic1967.com on Twitter.
The centre-back joined to the club from Norweigan side Start in 2016 for £720,000, via Transfermarkt, and is now a key part of the back four. This campaign, he has played 49 times, keeping 20 clean sheets, whilst also managing to grab four goals and two assists along the way.

Since joining the Scottish side, Ajer has won two league titles and five domestic cups, whilst also gaining crucial experience in both the Champions League and Europa League and his performances for the Hoops have been noted by his home nation Norway who have capped him 14 times.
The fact that all this has happened in his career whilst he is still only 21 years-old highlights that Celtic have a good player on their hands, and this has been noted by other clubs across Europe such as Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, who were recently linked with the defender, via Sporten.
Here is what fans have been saying following the tweet:

Folk need to remember we’re talking about a 21 year old, full international, 6’6” centre half, who’s got European football experience and is good on the ball. Ask yourself how much we’d have to pay to get that kind of player. Selling him would be madness unless it’s silly money

Keep.
A LOT of development left in him.
Benefited from Lenny’s influence at first however has tailed off recently. Too often asked to rush things in my opinion.
Will improve hugely playing with Jullien and the 2 can build an imperious partnership.

He’s still a kid and learning. For someone who is naturally a midfielder and has been converted to Centre Half he has put in some great performances. He is sometimes found out but he is one I would like to keep but we will be under pressure to sell for big money

Why would that even be a question obviously keep the bhoy he’s only gonna get better and wiser 🤷🏻♂️🍀

Keep, he’s still young and still learning, looked good a season or 2 ago, but he’s been pushed into so many positions to cover it’s hard to see the real talent that’s there, give him another season or 2, then decide.
