A lot of Celtic fans are raving over pictures posted on Twitter by celticbible of the home shirt which the club used from 1989-91.
Football fans love kits, and especially retro ones which remind them of the history of the club. The Bhoys did not have the greatest two seasons in the league whilst wearing this great strip, as they finished fifth in the 1989-90 campaign and third in the 1990-91 season, via thecelticwiki. However they did win the Scottish Cup in both 1988 and 1989, giving the home shirt that the fans love some great history to reminisce over.

There are various kits which have left the Celtic faithful with great memories, like the European Cup winning 1967, which was voted in the top 20 kits of all time by France Football, via Celtic FC.
However the lovely collar with the simple green and white hooped stripes on the 1989-91 strip, which have a slight pattern when you look closer, seems to be many Hoops fans favourite, with one saying: “The best Celtic home strip ever.”
